At Muezza, we want your feline friends to be happy. Here’s how we handle returns.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
Toys & Supplies: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Food & Treats: Non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and safety.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., non-halal or incorrect flavor), contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cat food or treats), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as grooming tools).
4. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
